Tristaniopsis Lucsious is a direct subspecies of the Tristaniopsis Laurina, but with some notable differences. The Luscious has become a favorite among those looking for shade trees, with beautiful and vibrant yellow flowering spread through its otherwise shiny large green leaf, whereas new growth will show a copper tinge spread. The Luscious will grow 7-9 metres tall, at 3-5 metres wide, acting as a perfect shading tree. This particular subspecies also produces foliage much larger than the Laurina, about a 200% size increase.

 

This tree is predominantly used in streetscapes, parks, and gardens, and thrives in moist soil conditions including heavy clay areas if sufficient water is available.
