The Lophostemon Confertus is a native coastal tree to Northern NSW, all the way to Northern Queensland, but has become a popular choice as a street tree in Melbourne and Sydney. Its use within many cities and towns along the east coast highlight the many wonderful factors about this tree. While in its natural environment, and left unattended can reach up to 15 metres tall. With a wonderful beige bark covering a lovely copper brown trunk, luscious and large green leaves with a slight gloss through them, this tree stands above most as a wondrous sight.

 

This tree is predominantly used in streetscapes, parks, and gardens, and thrives in moist soil conditions.
