The Willow Bottlebrush is a small growing, well known bottebrush that provides an excellent street tree or shrub. It is known for its bright green, weeping foliage, as well as its bright pink new growth and stunning white bottlebrush flowers. Dream-time enforces formative pruning in order to maintain a single leader and reduce the risk of ‘heavy limbs’. This practice allows the option for both a nice, straight tree or to grow the bottlebrush into a delightful shrub. It will thrive in most soil conditions, including wet ground, and will tolerate no additional irrigation throughout the summer months. It flowers in late spring, a white bottlebrush which reaches up to 5cm in length. Further, it develops a strong root system, and in ideal conditions, will produce a full weeping canopy within 5 years.
This tree is predominantly used in streetscapes, parks and gardens, and thrives in most soil conditions.
Available in pot sizes:25cm,30cm and 40cm
